I got my Grobag from Mothercare Singapore. They come in lots of different cute designs and different types of fabrics which you can choose from. I was pretty lucky that I have bought the Grobag in the correct tog as I have no idea that they come in different togs.
So what is tog? It is the warmth rating of the sleeping bags. There are 4 togs available catered for different temperature: 0.5tog, 1.0tog, 2.5tog and 3.5tog. As I am living in Malaysia, a country that is hot and humid all year round, I usually set the air conditioner of the room at about 22-23 degree celsius, so therefore 1.0tog will be it.
To know more about the togs, please refer to this link. They also have this little pamphlet that comes with the Grobag showing you what to dress the baby according to the tog and temperature.
Before I got my Grobag, I always had to wake up multiple times in the middle of the night to check on my little one to see if he has kicked his blanket off. There was a couple of times when I failed to do so and little one ended up getting a runny nose in the next morning. After using the Grobag, I can finally have a good night sleep without having to worry about little one sleeping in the cold or accidentally got his nose covered in the blanket.
Here's a photo on how it looks on the baby
But despite that, I still very much love my Grobag. I'm even thinking of purchasing another one so that when one is being washed I still have one to use.
Anyways, check their website out if you are interested in it and would like to find out more.
